Fabrication mechanic

We are looking for a Job Title to join our team Company Name to assemble, maintain and repair machinery and vehicles. In this role, you will make sure that machines, engines and mechanical systems work properly and run smoothly. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cutting and Shaping Metal: Using tools like shears, brakes, and other equipment to cut and shape metal sheets. 

• Welding and Soldering: Joining metal pieces together using welding and soldering techniques. 

• Assembling Components: Assembling prefabricated parts into sub-assemblies and final products. 

• Maintaining Fabrication Equipment: Ensuring the proper functioning of fabrication machinery and tools. 

• Quality Control: Inspecting fabricated parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. 

• Welding and Fabrication: Repairing and fabricating metal parts for trucks, trailers, or other equipment. 

Other Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a Safe Workplace: Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. 

• Inventory and Parts Management: Keeping track of parts and supplies. 

• Communication and Collaboration: Working effectively with other mechanics and team members. 

• Following Regulations: Ensuring vehicles and equipment meet regulatory standards, like DOT compliance. 

• Build and assemble machines as per requirements.

• Inspect and figure out issues in engines, machines and transmissions.

• Perform repairs to ensure better and smooth performance.

• Troubleshoot and fix reported mechanical problems.

• Conduct regular maintenance and lubrication of machinery.

• Refill fluids and replace worn-out components.

• Guide users on proper maintenance and prevention measures.

• Keep records of work done and report any issues.

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. The position requires excellent knowledge of machinery, electrical and other systems and their components. The candidate must be familiar with reading blueprints, using screwdrivers, hammers and measurement tools.

• It is a Full Time Mechanic job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
