POST - Fabrication Engineer (Sheet /metal Fabrication Industry)

Location – Bahadurgarh, Haryana

JOB DESCRIPTION

Study drawings and raise the raw material request to purchase department.

Plan cutting, bending, rolling, machining, press work as per drawings and ensure the smooth flow of raw material at work stations in advance.

Organize and depute manpower to achieve weekly /monthly production targets.

Liaise with QC department and ensure all the finished goods are inspected as per schedule.

Meet delivery deadlines with best quality finished goods.

Ensure the finish goods are well packed and properly loaded in the vehicle.

Maintain shop floor tidiness and preventing maintenance of machines.

Follow safety norms, maintain company SOPS, and discipline at all times of shop floor. 

DESIRED CANDIATE PROFILE

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 - 5 years’ experience in Conveyor structure manufacturing /sheet metal fabrication.

Excellent exposure of manufacturing processes like CNC /Bend saw cutting, welding, machining, drilling, tapping and grinding.

 A self-starter, problem solver, go- getter who can lead a team.

Candidates who are available locally and can attend face to face interview shall be given preference.
