Job Title: Car Mechanic / Automobile Technician

Department: Service / Workshop

Location: Bhosari/Baramati/Hadapsar

Job Summary:

Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance services (oil change, filter replacement, brake check, etc.)

• Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and equipment

• Repair engine, transmission, suspension, and electrical systems

• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify faults

• Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs

• Maintain tools and equipment in proper condition

• Follow safety standards and workshop procedures

• Coordinate with Service Advisor for job updates

• Test drive vehicles after repair to ensure quality work

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of automobile systems (engine, electrical, braking, etc.)

• Ability to use diagnostic tools

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Teamwork and communication skills

• Attention to detail

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related field

• 1–3 years of experience (Freshers can also apply for trainee role)

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driving license (preferred)

• Willingness to work in workshop environment

• It is a Full Time Mechanic job for candidates with 0 - 6 years of experience.
