We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Body Shop Manager to oversee complete car body shop operations, ensuring high-quality repairs, efficient workflow, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in car body shop operations

Job Description:

The Body Shop Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end body shop activities, including repair planning, manpower utilization, insurance coordination, quality control, and timely vehicle delivery. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of body repair processes, and the ability to handle customers and insurance partners professionally.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of body shop operations and workflow

• Expertise in insurance claim processing and coordination

• Quality control, productivity monitoring & TAT management

• Team leadership, training, and performance monitoring

• Customer handling and complaint resolution

• Cost control and process improvement

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily body shop operations and manpower allocation

• Ensure repair quality as per OEM and workshop standards

• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time (TAT)

• Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals and settlements

• Handle customer interactions, estimates, and delivery commitments

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the workshop

• Prepare daily and monthly performance reports
