Bike mechanic

We are looking for a Technician to join our team SERVALL AUTOMOTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED to assemble, maintain and repair machinery and vehicles. In this role, you will make sure that machines, engines and mechanical systems work properly and run smoothly. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, assemble, and service two-wheelers as per technical requirements.

• Inspect engines, machines, transmissions, and related components to identify issues.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately.

• Perform repairs and replacements to ensure smooth and efficient vehicle performance.

• Troubleshoot and fix reported mechanical problems in a timely manner.

• Carry out regular maintenance tasks, including lubrication and adjustments.

• Refill fluids (engine oil, brake fluid, coolant, etc.) and replace worn-out or damaged parts.

• Conduct test rides after repairs to ensure quality and safety standards.

• Guide customers on proper vehicle maintenance, usage, and preventive care.

• Maintain records of services performed, parts replaced, and issues identified.

• Report recurring problems or major faults to the supervisor or service manager.

• Follow safety standards and workshop procedures at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. The position requires excellent knowledge of machinery, electrical and other systems and their components. The candidate must be familiar with reading blueprints, using screwdrivers, hammers and measurement tools.
