Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accessories Fitment Person to assemble swivel seat mechanism kits and install them in customer vehicles. The role includes workshop-based product assembly, quality checks, and on-site fitment, ensuring safe installation without altering the vehicle’s structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble swivel seat mechanism kits/components in the workshop as per guidelines.

• Install assembled units in different car models with proper alignment and secure fitment.

• Carry out basic electrical connections for motorized variants and perform functional tests.

• Use hand and power tools safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Test installations for smooth rotation, locking, and safety compliance.

• Provide customers with basic usage and safety instructions.

• Travel to customer/dealer locations for field fitment when required.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical (preferred) or equivalent experience.

• Prior experience as an accessories fitment person or in mechanical/automotive assembly.

• Skilled in using tools (spanners, drills, screwdrivers, etc.) and comfortable with wiring.

• Good communication skills and willingness to travel.
