The Service Manager is responsible for managing the complete service operations of a two-wheeler dealership. The role includes overseeing workshop operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service staff, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining company standards as per manufacturer guidelines
Oversee day-to-day workshop operations.
Ensure smooth job card opening, job allocation, and vehicle delivery.
Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and productivity of technicians.
Ensure availability of tools, equipment, and service consumables.
Lead and supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, and Support Staff.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
Monitor performance and implement improvement plans.
Maintain discipline and company policies in the workshop.
Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
Ensure proper explanation of repairs and billing to customers.
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Ensure follow-up calls after service delivery.
Achieve monthly labor sales and spare parts targets.
Monitor service revenue, cost control, and profitability.
Promote value-added services (AMC, accessories, extended warranty).
Ensure repair quality as per manufacturer standards.
Conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workshop.
Coordinate with Spare Parts department for parts availability.
Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
Ensure proper warranty claim processing as per OEM guidelines.
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Monitor technician efficiency and workshop loading.
Ensure proper documentation of job cards and warranty claims.

Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering preferred
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in two-wheeler service operations
At least 2–3 years in a managerial role
