Job Description:
Coordination between Service Engineer and Customer
Handle and process Service complaints/AMC with accuracy and efficiency.
Prepare Service/ AMC quotation, Performa Invoice and as needed.
Coordinate with accounts team to create invoices.
Payment follow-up.
Log & Close Service Calls in the CRM
Take care of record of Service Engineers like, working hours, complaints solving nos., leaves etc.
Distribute complaints to Service Engineers as per their specialization and location.
