Role Overview

OneNest Autocare is looking for a dedicated and highly skilled Lead Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a "troubleshooter" capable of handling everything from routine oil changes to complex electrical diagnostics and AC overhauls.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Repairs: Perform minor and major engine repairs, suspension work, braking systems, and general servicing.

Electrical & Diagnostics: Conduct full vehicle scanning using OBD tools, interpret error codes, and fix wiring/sensor issues.

AC Specialist: Diagnose AC cooling issues, perform gas charging, leak testing, and compressor repairs.

Quality Control: Ensure all repairs meet OneNest’s safety and quality standards before the vehicle is delivered to the customer.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience in a reputable multi-brand workshop.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of petrol and diesel engines.

Tool Proficiency: Must be comfortable using digital scanning tools and modern garage equipment.

Local Knowledge: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Mira Road / Bhayandar.

Professionalism: Punctual, honest, and able to explain technical issues clearly to the floor manager.
