जॉब का सारांश: हमें अपनी ऑटोमोटिव सर्विस टीम में शामिल होने के लिए एक कुशल व्हील अलाइनमेंट और बैलेंसिंग मैकेनिक की तलाश है। उम्मीदवार वाहन के व्हील अलाइनमेंट और बैलेंस की जांच करने, उसे ठीक करने और उसका रखरखाव करने के लिए ज़िम्मेदार होगा, ताकि वाहन का प्रदर्शन, सुरक्षा और टायर की उम्र सबसे अच्छी बनी रहे।

मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ: अलाइनमेंट मशीनों और औज़ारों का उपयोग करके व्हील अलाइनमेंट करना कंपन और टायर के असमान घिसाव को खत्म करने के लिए व्हील बैलेंसिंग करना सस्पेंशन और स्टीयरिंग के पुर्ज़ों में घिसाव या टूट-फूट की जांच करना

अलाइनमेंट से जुड़ी समस्याओं का पता लगाना और ज़रूरी मरम्मत की सलाह देना ज़रूरत के अनुसार टायर लगाना, उन्हें घुमाना (rotate) और उनकी मरम्मत करना की गई सेवाओं का सही रिकॉर्ड रखना यह सुनिश्चित करना कि सभी काम सुरक्षा और गुणवत्ता मानकों के अनुसार हों औज़ारों और उपकरणों को साफ़ और अच्छी काम करने की हालत में रखना ज़रूरी

कौशल और योग्यताएँ: व्हील अलाइनमेंट और बैलेंसिंग मैकेनिक या इसी तरह की भूमिका में काम करने का पक्का अनुभव अलाइनमेंट सिस्टम, टायर उपकरणों और ऑटोमोटिव औज़ारों का ज्ञान अलाइनमेंट रिपोर्ट पढ़ने और समझने की क्षमता सस्पेंशन और स्टीयरिंग सिस्टम की बुनियादी समझ बारीकियों पर ध्यान देने और समस्याओं को हल करने का कौशल शारीरिक सहनशक्ति और शारीरिक श्रम करने की क्षमता

ऑटोमोबाइल इंजीनियरिंग या संबंधित क्षेत्र में ITI/डिप्लोमा (प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी) काम करने की स्थितियाँ: काम आम तौर पर किसी वर्कशॉप या सर्विस सेंटर में किया जाता है
