Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Servicing: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and scheduled services.
Diagnostics: Identify mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools.
Repairs: Carry out mechanical, electrical, and bodywork repairs as per Mahindra standards.
Customer Support: Explain technical issues and solutions to customers in simple terms.
Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to company policies.
Team Coordination: Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent.
2–4 years of experience in automobile servicing.
Knowledge of Mahindra vehicles and diagnostic tools preferred.
Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
