Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repair: Conduct regular maintenance on electric two-wheelers, including checks of mechanical and electrical components. 

• Diagnosis: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, paying special attention to the high-voltage battery systems and electric motors. 

• Component Replacement: Repair or replace defective parts, such as DC/DC converters, batteries, and other electrical components. 

• Software and Configuration: Configure Battery Management Systems (BMS) and perform SoC mapping for charging and discharging. 

• Battery Management: Inspect, test, and safely handle high-voltage battery systems. 

• Safety: Ensure all repairs are performed to high safety standards, especially when working with high-voltage systems. 

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and prompt records of all service and repair activities. 

• Customer Service: Assist customers with technical questions and provide advice on proper maintenance and care. 

• Workshop Operations: Maintain an organized and efficient workshop environment.
