Job Description

Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of OLA electric scooters.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using OEM diagnostic tools.
Repair or replace components such as battery packs, motors, controllers, chargers, wiring harnesses, brakes, suspension, and other vehicle parts.
Conduct pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before vehicle handover.
Carry out warranty repairs as per company guidelines.
Maintain accurate job cards, service records, and repair documentation.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
Follow all safety procedures while handling high-voltage EV components.
Coordinate with the Parts Department for spare parts availability.
Explain repair work and maintenance recommendations to customers.
Support breakdown assistance and field service activities whenever required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop.
