We are hiring a 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲) — a strategic thinker and people leader who can drive numbers, manage teams, and build long-lasting channel relationships.

💼 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Lead and develop a strong sales team across five states

• Manage dealer/distributor networks and drive revenue targets

• Execute zonal sales strategy aligned with company goals

• Track collections, market movements, and competitor activities

• Collaborate with senior management for business forecasting and planning

👤 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in building materials (Laminates, Veneers, MDF, Plywood, or similar industry)

• Excellent understanding of channel sales and territory management

• Proven ability to lead regional teams and deliver results

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

• Open to travel across zone on a frequent basis; base location flexibility
