Job Description

Job Title: Wet Sampling Executive – Pasta

Experience: Fresher/experience of sampling

Location: Delhi NCR (Noida, Delhi)

About the Role

We are looking for energetic freshers/experienced to join our organization as Wet Sampling Executives for our pasta range. You will conduct live cooking & serving demos and product sampling at modern trade outlets, general trade stores, societies, and events to drive trials, educate consumers, and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Cook pasta live at retail points, exhibitions, and residential societies and offer samples to customers free of charge.

· Explain product cooking steps, ingredients, and health benefits of our pasta range to shoppers.

· Interact with customers, answer queries, handle objections, and collect feedback on taste and packaging.

· Coordinate with sales team to convert sampling into spot sales; maintain daily sampling-to-sales tracker.

· Ensure all FSSAI hygiene norms are followed during cooking, storage, and serving. Maintain cleanliness of sampling station.

· Manage stock of pasta, sauces, disposables, and cooking equipment at sampling site. Report damages/shortages daily.

· Submit daily activity reports with number of samples given, customer feedback, and photos/videos to the area manager.

· Set up and maintain point-of-sale materials, banners, and demo table for maximum visibility.

Requirements

· Education: Graduate and under graduates in any discipline. Hotel Management / Food Tech preferred but not mandatory.

· Skills: Good communication in Hindi & basic English, presentable personality, basic cooking skills, customer-friendly attitude.

· Other: Willing to travel within city, work on weekends/festivals, stand for 8 hours. Must have valid Aadhaar & bank account.

What We Offer

· Salary: up to ₹15,000 per month + Travel Allowance.

· Training: Complete training on product knowledge, cooking SOPs, and FSSAI hygiene before deployment.
