To manage the end-to-end lifecycle of government sales through the GeM portal and external tender platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
GeM Management: Handle product cataloging, OEM approvals, and price updates.
Bid Monitoring: Identify relevant tenders (GeM/CPPP) and track deadlines.
Documentation: Prepare technical bids, EMDs, and compliance certificates.
Execution: Participate in Reverse Auctions and L1 bidding.
Order Fulfillment: Manage orders from acceptance to generating CRAC/Payment invoices.
Requirements:
Proven experience with the GeM portal and e-tendering.
Strong knowledge of documentation and technical compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and handling Digital Signatures (DSC).
