We assist students in pursuing their academic aspirations through personalized counselling, university selection, admission assistance, scholarship guidance, and visa application support.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel students interested in pursuing Bachelor's, Master's, and other higher education programs abroad, particularly in European countries.

• Provide accurate information regarding universities, courses, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa procedures.

• Guide students on tuition-free and affordable education opportunities in countries such as Italy, Germany, Austria, Hungary, and other European destinations.

• Handle student enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Understand students' academic backgrounds, financial circumstances, and career aspirations to recommend suitable study options.

• Convert prospective student enquiries into successful registrations and admissions.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents throughout the admission process.

• Coordinate with university admission teams and internal documentation departments.

• Assist students with application documentation, scholarship applications, and admission procedures.

• Maintain accurate student records, enquiry details, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly student registration and admission targets.

• Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing professional and transparent counselling.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Previous experience in overseas education counselling, student admissions, educational sales, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.

• Strong knowledge of international education systems and European study destinations is an advantage.

• Ability to manage student enquiries, follow-ups, and admission conversions independently.

• Good proficiency in English and basic computer applications.

• Target-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in overseas education may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in study abroad consultancy or international student recruitment.

• Familiarity with European university admissions and scholarship programs.

• Strong telephone counselling and lead conversion skills.

• Multilingual candidates with proficiency in English, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi will have an added advantage.

Working Schedule

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Mode: Work from Office
