Social Media Marketing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive who can manage our social media presence, create engaging content, grow followers organically, and support paid campaigns. The ideal candidate understands trends, reels, audience psychology, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars

• Create and post reels, stories, posts, and carousels

• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs

• Coordinate with designers & video editors for creatives

• Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement

• Track performance (reach, engagement, followers, conversions)

• Research trends, viral formats, and competitor activity

• Support paid ad creatives and influencer collaborations

• Maintain brand voice and consistency across platforms

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms

• Knowledge of reels, trending audio, hooks & storytelling

• Basic knowledge of Canva / video editing tools (preferred)

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English / Hinglish)

• Creative mindset with marketing sense

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience in D2C / eCommerce / Spiritual brands is a plus
