Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who can plan, create, and manage content across platforms while driving engagement, brand awareness, and measurable growth. This is not just posting—this role requires strategy, consistency, and understanding what actually works.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging posts (captions, creatives coordination, reels ideas, hooks)
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and consistency
Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interaction
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
Optimize content based on analytics and trends
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels formats, and algorithm changes
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team
Run basic paid campaigns (optional but preferred)
Maintain brand tone, voice, and visual consistency
Required Skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms & algorithms
Good writing skills (especially for captions & hooks)
Basic knowledge of content strategy
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
Ability to read insights and improve performance
Creativity + practical thinking (what works > what looks fancy)
Preferred Qualifications
6 months – 1 years of experience in social media management
Experience with reels/short-form video content
Basic knowledge of ads & boosting posts
Understanding of niche-specific content (e.g., eCommerce, spirituality, lifestyle, etc.)
KPIs (How performance is judged)
Engagement rate growth
Follower growth (organic)
Content consistency
Reach & impressions
Leads/conversions (if applicable)
