Job Summary: 

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketer to join our team. The ideal 

candidate will be passionate about social media and possess a strong understanding of various 

platforms and best practices. This role will involve developing and implementing social media 

strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic. Freshers with a strong 

portfolio or relevant coursework are encouraged to apply, as are experienced candidates. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies aligned with company goals. 

• Create and curate compelling content (text, images, videos) for various social media 

platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). 

• Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging. 

• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement. 

• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports with actionable insights. 

• Implement social media advertising campaigns and track their effectiveness. 

• Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts. 

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms. 

• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. 

• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and online communities. 

Qualifications: 

• For Freshers:  

o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 

o Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.   

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

o Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging content.   

o Portfolio showcasing social media skills (e.g., personal blog, social media accounts 

managed). 

o Basic understanding of social media analytics. 

• For Experienced Candidates:  

o Proven experience (1+ years) in social media marketing. 

o In-depth knowledge of social media marketing tools and techniques. 

o Demonstrated success in managing social media campaigns and achieving 

measurable results. 

o Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics platforms. 

o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
