We are looking for a creative, energetic, and growth-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to lead our online presence and build a strong brand across digital platforms.

✨ Position: Social Media Marketing Executive

Location: Pune
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong skills are also encouraged)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow Tesla Academy’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

• Plan, schedule, and post content regularly

• Track insights, growth analytics, and engagement metrics

2. Content Creation

• Generate creative ideas for reels, shorts, posts, and stories

• Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs

• Stay updated with trends and incorporate them into educational content

3. Shooting & Editing

• Shoot high-quality videos of classrooms, activities, faculty, and events

• Edit reels/shorts using tools like CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.

• Create visually appealing and fast-paced content for higher reach

4. Branding & PR

• Maintain brand consistency in content

• Coordinate with schools, colleges, and influencers for collaborations

• Handle PR activities to improve brand reputation and visibility

5. Lead Generation & Outreach

• Create content strategies to attract enquiries for admissions

• Identify opportunities for tie-ups with schools and colleges

• Assist in building campaigns that convert views into leads

6. Coordination & Planning

• Maintain content calendars

• Work closely with management and faculty for ideas and execution

• Plan photo/video shoots and maintain the media library

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong creativity and content ideation skills

• Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & LinkedIn algorithms

• Proficiency in video editing (CapCut/Adobe/Canva etc.)

• Ability to shoot videos using phone/camera

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva preferred)

• Excellent communication and PR abilities

• Confidence in reaching out to schools, colleges, and influencers

• Good organizational and time-management skills

🎯 Additional Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

• Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta/Google)

• Photography experience

• Experience in educational marketing
