·        Create engaging content, including posts, videos, reels, and stories aligned with brand tone and aesthetics.

·        Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions.

·        Monitor SEO, user engagement, and web traffic metrics.

·        Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

·        Manage the content calendar and ensure timely posting.

·        Respond to customer queries, comments, and DMs in a timely and professional manner.

·        Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.

·        Assist in influencer marketing coordination and brand collaborations.

·        Support online brand reputation and community management.
