Job Role & Description:
1. Regular promotion of company’s product on social media platforms like Instagram, facebook, etc.
2. Maintenance of our website with regular updates and posts.
3. Conversion of leads into sales received from platforms like Indiamart, Tradeindia, etc.
4. Constantly reaching out potential clients on Whatsapp with new content.
5. Assisting clients with queries about products, order status, and any other related info.
6. Preparation of quotation for clients.
7. Managing and updating client data for sales.
8. Finding new products available in market to cope with changing trends of the business.
9. Coordination with manufacturing team regarding order status for regular status to be shared with client.
