Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Content Strategy: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our accounting, GST, auditing, and tax advisory services.
Social Media & Branding: Manage and grow our professional presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube through informative and engaging content.
Lead Generation & BTL: Support local offline/BTL promotions, networking efforts, and digital lead generation strategies to bring in prospective clients.
Research & Intelligence: Conduct market research, track tax/financial industry trends, monitor competitors, and refine advertising strategies accordingly.
Team & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with design agencies, content creators, and internal teams to launch campaigns on time.
AI & Marketing Tools: Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva) and marketing software to generate quick content, graphics, and email campaigns.

Job Requirements

Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Commerce, or Business background is a plus).
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or B2B campaign execution.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (In-office).
Skills: Excellent communication skills, a strong creative mindset, and a basic understanding of financial/business terminology.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with social media management, basic graphic design/AI tools, and performance tracking.
