Job Description

Position: Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow company social media accounts including:
- LinkedIn
- Facebook
- Instagram
- Google Business Profile
Create and schedule social media posts, reels, and creatives
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and marketing content
Coordinate with graphic designers/video editors for creatives
Create basic graphics using Canva or similar tools
Plan monthly social media calendars
Promote company services through digital campaigns
Assist in running Meta Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
Monitor engagement, followers, and social media performance
Research industry trends and competitor activities
Help improve brand visibility and lead generation

Skills Required:

Good communication and content writing skills
Basic knowledge of social media marketing
Understanding of LinkedIn and Meta platforms
Canva or basic graphic design skills preferred
Knowledge of hashtags, engagement strategies, and reels
Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding
Creative thinking and attention to detail

Preferred Qualification:

Graduate in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or related field
Freshers with strong creativity and communication skills can also apply
Experience in social media management will be an advantage
