Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

Key Responsibilities:

Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and campaigns for social media platforms
Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and current trends
Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting
Monitor audience engagement, comments, and messages
Run basic paid campaigns and coordinate with designers/video editors
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
06–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Good knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and editing tools
Strong communication and creative writing skills
Understanding of social media analytics and audience engagement strategies

Preferred Skills:

Reel/video content creation
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
Creative mindset with attention to detail
