We are a growing digital-focused organization aiming to build strong online brand visibility through strategic social media marketing. We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketing Intern to support our digital growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

• Create engaging content (posts, reels, captions, hashtags, stories).

• Develop and execute content calendars.

• Increase followers, engagement rate, and brand visibility.

• Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (if applicable).

• Track analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.

• Research trending topics, competitors, and industry insights.

• Generate leads through social media campaigns.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Incentives will be based on measurable outcomes such as:

• Increase in followers and engagement rate

• Lead generation numbers

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
