Job Description: Social Media Marketing & Branding Manage Position Summary The Social Media & Branding Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility -- Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Strategy & Managemen Create, plan, and execute social media marketing campaigns across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter) Schedule and publish engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and stories Increase followers, engagement rate, and brand visibility organically and through paid ads 2. Brand Development & Promotio Maintain consistent brand identity across all communication channels Plan and manage brand promotion campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and sponsorship activities Ensure all marketing material reflects brand guidelines and tone 3. Content Creation & Coordinatio Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters for creative assets Develop marketing content aligned with seasonal or product-based campaigns 4. Advertising & Lead Generatio Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to generate quality leads Optimize ad spend and monitor ROI 5. Market Research & Analytic Track campaign performance using analytics tools Analyz6. Social Media Page Creation & Reach StrategyCreate and manage company pages on all major social media platforms.Regularly post engaging images, creatives, and videos to keep the audience active.Design and implement strategies to increase post reach per hour and improve audience engagement organically or via promotions.7. Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with the sales and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.Prepare monthly performance reports and insights for management.---Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or brand management.Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and ad platforms.Excellent communication, creative thinking, and leadership skills.Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.---Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Growth in followers and engagement rate.Lead generation and conversion ratio.Brand awareness and recall improvement.ROI on marketing campaigns.Organic and paid reach growth per platform.
