Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Trainee / Intern who is enthusiastic about digital platforms, content creation, and social media trends. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates at an early stage of their career who are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

Manage social media pages on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Post regular updates related to courses, events, admissions, learner feedback, innovations, achievements, and success stories
Coordinate with internal teams to collect photos, videos, and information
Write social media content in Marathi, English, and Hindi
Create simple content such as captions, posters, and basic reels
Respond to basic messages and comments on social media
Support promotion of MKCL courses, training programs, and CSR activities
Maintain a monthly posting calendar
Track basic performance metrics like likes, shares, and reach

Skills & Requirements

Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
Interest in social media and digital trends
Basic understanding of AI tools for social media, such as:

Video creation

Noise cancellation & audio enhancement

Background removal tools

Canva knowledge is mandatory
MS-CIT certification is an added advantage
Creative mindset with new ideas and willingness to learn
