Job Description

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing to join our team at Kalista International to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams
Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities
Collect market data and competitor insights
Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness
Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns
Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.
Looking for someone skilled in video marketing who can create engaging content end-to-end.
Must be strong in content creation & script writing, with a sharp sense of hooks that stop the scroll.
Should be well-versed with social media algorithms and strategies to boost organic reach & engagement.

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
