We are seeking a dynamic and creative professional to manage and grow our digital presence in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have expertise in anchoring, content creation, video production, and social media management to effectively engage our audience and promote our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Anchoring & Presentation

Host property tours, project launches, and promotional videos.

Present real estate content confidently in front of the camera.

Conduct interviews with clients, stakeholders, and industry experts.

Content Writing & Strategy

Write engaging content for blogs, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.

Create SEO-friendly property descriptions and articles.

Develop scripts for video shoots and presentations.

Videography & Video Editing

Shoot high-quality videos of properties, events, and promotional campaigns.

Edit videos with graphics, transitions, and voiceovers for digital platforms.

Ensure creative storytelling through video content.

Social Media Management

Handle company profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Plan and schedule posts to boost engagement and brand visibility.

Run paid campaigns and track performance analytics.

Engage with followers, respond to queries, and grow the community.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a content creator, anchor, video editor, or social media handler.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).

Hands-on experience with professional cameras and shooting equipment.

Knowledge of social media trends, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.

Creativity and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.

Previous experience in the real estate sector will be an advantage.
