Position Overview

We’re seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with a strong grasp of SEO (On-Page & Off-Page) to manage and execute impactful campaigns that boost brand presence and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

• Create engaging content: posts, reels, stories, and captions

• Manage paid ad campaigns and track their performance

• On-Page SEO: Keyword research, meta tags, URL optimization, content optimization, image SEO, internal linking

• Off-Page SEO: Link building, guest posting, social bookmarking, influencer outreach, forum participation

• Collaborate with designers, content creators, and video editors

• Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for better ROI

• Keep up-to-date with the latest digital & SEO trends

Requirements

• Experience: 6 months–1 year in social media marketing & SEO (Freshers with strong portfolios may apply)

• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram tools, LinkedIn marketing, and Google Ads basics

• Understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMRush basics)

• Familiarity with Canva/Photoshop for quick creative edits

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
