Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Influencer / Content Creator to represent Caroline Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and authentic content that highlights our healthcare services, patient stories, and brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality videos, reels, and posts featuring patient feedback, healthcare tips, success stories, and awareness campaigns.

• Collaborate with patients, doctors, and staff to record genuine testimonial videos (with prior consent).

• Develop and execute content strategies to grow the brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and engage with followers through comments, messages, and live sessions.

• Edit and optimize content using trending sounds, captions, and hashtags to maximize reach.

• Monitor social media insights and analytics to improve performance and audience engagement.

  
  Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Influencer, Content Creator, or Video Presenter.

• Excellent communication and on-camera presentation skills.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas.

• Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing tools (mobile or software-based).

• Familiarity with current social media trends, algorithms, and hashtags.

• Confidence to interact with patients, doctors, and staff while maintaining professionalism.

• Confident and camera-friendly personality.

• Empathetic and respectful while interacting with patients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle industry is an added advantage.
