Job Title: Social Media Executive

About Us:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join our marketing team and help grow our online presence, engage with our community, and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

• Create engaging, creative, and on-brand content including text, images, videos, and stories.

• Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.

• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on insights and analytics.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a strong community.

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.

• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to align campaigns and messaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations.
