Social Media Marketing

As an Social Media and Outreach Intern, you will be the front line of growth. You will focus on authentic, value-driven community engagement and content marketing across LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, and Reddit. Your goal is to identify ideal prospects, initiate meaningful conversations, produce engaging multimedia content (text, video, etc.), and seamlessly position our digital marketing services to decision-makers in the USA and UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop compelling, value-driven multimedia content—including text-based posts, short-form videos, and visual assets—designed to attract and engage our target B2B audience.

Targeted Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential B2B clients in the USA and UAE that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Platform Engagement: Actively participate in relevant Facebook Groups and Subreddits by answering questions, providing value, and building trust without violating community self-promotion rules.

LinkedIn Social Selling: Execute personalized outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, focusing on thoughtful comments and relationship-building prior to sending direct messages.

Cross-Cultural Communication: Tailor your outreach messaging and content to suit the cultural business norms of the target regions (e.g., highly direct and ROI-focused for the US; relationship-centric and formal for the UAE).

Pipeline Management: Track all daily outreach activities, connection acceptance rates, and reply metrics in our CRM/lead-tracking spreadsheet.

Lead Nurturing: Follow up with prospects consistently and transition warm conversations into booked strategy calls for our core sales team.

Qualifications & Skills

Multimedia Creator: Capable of producing and editing basic video content, designing simple graphics, and writing engaging text posts tailored for professional social media platforms.

Consultative Copywriter: You know how to write concise, personalized messages that focus on a prospect's pain points rather than sounding like an automated robot.

Platform Native: You understand the unique etiquette, features, and search functions of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit.

Empathetic & Authentic: You possess genuine curiosity about other businesses and can build rapport quickly over text and video.

Highly Organized: You have a basic understanding of (or a strong willingness to learn) CRMs, spreadsheets, and lead-tracking best practices.

Resilient & Persistent: You understand that B2B sales takes time and requires thoughtful, non-pushy follow-ups to succeed.

Bonus: Previous experience with digital marketing concepts, cold email, video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere), or tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus but not required.
