Responsibilities:

Plan & execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest & LinkedIn
Create engaging short-form videos (Reels, product videos, styling tips, trends)
Manage monthly content calendar & ensure consistent posting
Write captions, hooks & scripts aligned with brand voice
Handle comments, DMs & community engagement
Stay updated with social media trends & viral formats
Plan seasonal & festival-based content
Drive organic growth, engagement & sales (no paid ads)
Track performance & share monthly reports
Coordinate with designers/editors for content delivery
Manage influencer collaborations (barter & paid)

Requirements:
