• Monitor social media engagement, respond to messages and comments, and build an active community of followers.

• Collaborate with design and sales teams to create promotional posts for new services, offers, and client case studies.

• Track analytics and generate monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, followers, conversions).

• Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and platform updates to optimize performance.g

• Coordinate with influencers, print buyers, or agencies if any collaboration opportunities arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing roles.

• Strong content writing skills in English (and optionally, Hindi or regional languages).

• Hands-on experience with Canva or similar tools.
