Social Media marketing executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and anchor company videos, promotional content, and real estate project videos.

• Deliver scripts confidently and clearly in front of the camera.

• Create engaging video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.

• Explain real estate projects, property features, locations, amenities, and investment opportunities in an engaging manner.

• Participate in promotional shoots, marketing campaigns, interviews, and other video-based activities.

• Coordinate with the digital marketing and video editing teams for content production.

• Learn project details and communicate important information accurately to the audience.

• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and consistent presentation style.

• Be comfortable with regular video shoots at the office and at project locations when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic to good English communication is preferred.

• Confidence and a natural ability to speak in front of the camera.

• Clear voice, good pronunciation, and effective presentation skills.

• Professional appearance and a positive personality.

• Ability to understand scripts, explain information, and engage viewers.

• Willingness to learn about real estate projects and digital marketing content.

• Punctuality, professionalism, and a willingness to participate in regular shoots.

Experience:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Candidates with experience in anchoring, news presenting, hosting, acting, modelling, video presenting, or social media content creation will be preferred.

• A portfolio or sample video may be requested during the selection process.
