Strategy Execution & Implementation
Develop and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, meta tags, content optimization, and internal linking.
Optimize website structure, URLs, and content to improve crawling, indexing, and rankings.
Conduct technical SEO and website audits using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Lead keyword research, finalization, mapping with content teams, and ongoing optimization.
Perform competitor analysis and manage link-building initiatives.
Ensure compelling meta titles and descriptions to improve click-through rates.
Track, analyze, and report SEO performance with actionable insights for clients and stakeholders.
Operational Excellence
Monitor project quality, timelines, and team performance on a regular basis.
Oversee SEO reporting and deliverables as per defined SOPs.
Create detailed content briefs with approved keywords for content teams.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery.
Train and mentor team members on technical SEO and problem-solving.
Team Management & Development
Define KPIs and evaluate team performance to align SEO initiatives with business objectives.
Plan and review monthly action plans, providing feedback and corrective actions.
Engage and motivate team members, support career growth, and address concerns.
Encourage innovation and new SEO initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
Candidate Profile & Skill Set
Proven experience as an SEO Manager leading SEO consultants/executives.
Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong track record of driving organic traffic growth and improving search rankings.
Hands-on expertise with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, and SEMrush.
Strong analytical, managerial, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and project management tools like Basecamp.
