SEO Executive

We are looking for a SEO Executive to join our team at Z Plus Disposable Private Limited to help plan and execute SEO & PPC AD Campaigns. This role involves applying core expertise in hancing the Site Ranking & Visibility organically through SEO & Paid Ad Campaigns . The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16000 - ₹28000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.

• Optimize website structure, meta tags, internal linking, and content for higher visibility.

• Track and analyze website performance using Google Search Console, Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).

• Develop and implement strategies to increase organic traffic and SERP rankings.

• Collaborate with the content team for SEO-friendly content creation.

• Monitor competitor websites and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.

• Conduct keyword bidding, A/B testing, ad copy optimization, and conversion tracking.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.

• Develop remarketing and display ad strategies to boost brand visibility and conversions.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Prepare monthly reports on SEO rankings, traffic performance, and ad campaign results.

• Use data insights to refine campaigns and improve overall marketing performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of core SEO experience (technical, on-page, and off-page).

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.

• Knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, and link-building techniques.

• Proficiency in SEO & PPC tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Ubersuggest.

• Strong understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
