Job Title: SEO Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. This internship will offer hands-on experience in implementing SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and improve search engine rankings. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in the digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Page SEO:

• Assist in keyword research and content optimization

• Support in optimizing meta titles, descriptions, headers, and image alt texts

• Help maintain SEO-friendly URL structures and internal linking

Off-Page SEO:

• Assist in executing backlink and outreach strategies

• Research and identify potential link-building opportunities

• Help monitor and report on off-page SEO performance

Technical SEO:

• Support in conducting basic website audits using SEO tools

• Help identify and fix crawl errors and broken links

• Learn and assist with page speed and mobile optimization checks

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track keyword rankings and organic traffic trends

• Generate weekly or monthly performance reports

• Assist in monitoring competitors’ SEO activities

Learning and Development:

• Stay updated on current SEO trends and algorithm changes

• Participate in team training sessions and SEO workshops

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts

• Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or any keyword research tool is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn

• Good communication and organizational skills
