We’re Hiring: SEO Executive

Location: Mumbai / On-site

Experience: 0 -2 Years

We’re looking for a results-driven SEO Executive who understands modern SEO beyond just rankings. If you’re excited about AI-powered search, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), content-led SEO, and data-driven growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and conversions.
Optimize content for AI search engines, featured snippets, and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
Conduct keyword research, search intent mapping, and content gap analysis. Collaborate with content and design teams to create SEO-optimized, high converting content.
Manage link-building campaigns (outreach, partnerships, digital PR, citations).
Perform technical SEO audits (site structure, crawlability, indexing, page speed, Core Web Vitals)
Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools Track rankings, traffic, CTRs, and conversions; share insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and SEO best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise

0 - 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO (agency or in-house)
Strong knowledge of: On-page SEO (content optimization, internal linking, schema, UX signals) Off-page SEO (link building, brand mentions, authority building).
Technical SEO (site audits, indexing, speed, Core Web Vitals).
Working knowledge of AI-driven SEO & AI engineering concepts (AI content optimization, prompts, search behaviour).
Experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and optimizing for snippets & AI results Solid content writing & editing skills with SEO-first thinking.

Proficiency in:

Google Analytics Google Search Console.
Keyword research & SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush/Screaming Frog or similar).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Good to Have
Experience working with B2B, SaaS, startups, or high-growth brands
Understanding of conversion-focused SEO & CRO
Familiarity with structured data, schema, and programmatic
SEO Exposure to international SEO
