We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven YouTube SEO Specialist to optimize our video content and grow our presence on YouTube. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of YouTube’s algorithm, best practices for SEO, and strategies for increasing video views, engagement, and subscriber count.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research for video content using tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, Ahrefs, or Google Trends.

• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for improved search visibility and CTR.

• Collaborate with content creators to plan SEO-friendly content.

• Manage metadata, playlists, end screens, and cards to enhance viewer retention and SEO.

• Monitor YouTube Analytics to assess performance and refine SEO strategies accordingly.

• Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and content gaps.

• Implement A/B testing for thumbnails and titles to improve performance.

• Stay up-to-date with YouTube algorithm changes and trends.

• Drive strategies to increase watch time, session duration, and audience retention.

• Help grow subscribers organically through SEO, content strategy, and optimization.

✅ Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in YouTube SEO, content marketing, or digital video optimization.

• Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO principles, and best practices.

• Proficiency with YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.

• Experience with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, SEMrush, or similar.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
