The SEO & Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for improving the company’s online presence and executing digital campaigns. The role involves optimizing web content, managing social media, conducting keyword research, and driving strategies to increase website traffic and user engagement within a defined budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide digital content creation.

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata for SEO best practices.

• Monitor and report on website performance, using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

• Plan and schedule engaging social media campaigns across various platforms.

• Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to produce effective digital campaigns.

• Run and optimize email marketing and PPC campaigns when required.

• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and new tools.

• Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing roles preferred.

• Familiarity with website analytics and SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

• Experience with social media management and digital advertising platforms is an advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics, content optimization, and link-building practices.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.

• Creativity, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
