Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and maximize ROI. You will collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing professionals to optimize web content and identify new opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical).

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content teams.

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.

• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Manage link-building activities and develop high-quality backlinks.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and fix crawl errors, broken links, redirects, etc.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

• Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

• Prepare and present regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.

• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of content marketing and user experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Analytics or Google Ads certification.

• Experience in e-commerce SEO or local SEO.

• Basic knowledge of PPC and digital marketing principles.
