Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our real estate company’s marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our online presence, increasing organic traffic, and improving search engine rankings to drive qualified leads and brand visibility. You will work closely with content creators, web developers, and marketing leadership to ensure SEO best practices are fully integrated into all digital efforts..

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content strategy and uncover new ranking opportunities.

● Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, internal linking, images, and URL structures.

● Collaborate with the content team to create and update SEO-friendly landing pages, blog posts, and property listings.

● Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements related to site architecture, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, indexation, and page speed.

● Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.

● Develop and execute link-building strategies and identify high-quality backlink opportunities within the real estate industry.

● Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends.

● Work with developers to implement schema markup, fix crawl errors, and improve user experience.

● Support local SEO efforts, including optimizing Google Business Profiles and local citations for all company locations and agents.

● Report on KPIs, rankings, traffic trends, and ROI from SEO campaigns.

Requirements

● Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably in real estate, property tech, or local service industries.

● Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.

● Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others.

● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems like WordPress.

● Experience optimizing websites for mobile and local search.

● Familiarity with real estate platforms (e.g., IDX/MLS integrations, property search filters) is a plus.
