Job Description

Om Soft Solution is looking for a motivated and results-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and implementing effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform keyword research and identify relevant target keywords.

  • Implement on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content optimization.

  • Execute off-page SEO activities such as link building, directory submissions, business listings, and outreach.

  • Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance.

  • Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting crawling, indexing, and website performance.

  • Work with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.

  • Analyze competitors and identify new SEO opportunities.

  • Manage and monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

  • Optimize websites for local SEO and Google Business Profile where required.

  • Prepare regular SEO performance reports and track KPIs.

  • Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Basic to good understanding of SEO principles and Google ranking factors.

  • Knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.

  • Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and SEO tools.

  • Basic understanding of HTML, WordPress, and website structure.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
