SEO Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Perform keyword research to identify high-traffic and relevant search terms

• Optimize website content for on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL structure)

• Execute off-page SEO activities such as link building and outreach

• Conduct technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix issues

• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs including traffic, rankings, CTR, and conversions

• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices

• Optimize content for user experience and search intent

• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and marketing teams

• Manage local SEO, mobile SEO, and page speed optimization when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing

• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

• Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush)

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and reporting abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content marketing and blog optimization

• Knowledge of local SEO and e-commerce SEO

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)

• Basic understanding of PPC and social media marketing
