We are growing our in-house team in Ahmedabad and looking for an SEO Outreach Executive who is smart, detail-oriented, and passionate about getting things done.

Responsibilities

• Find and qualify websites for guest posts, link insertions, and collaborations.

• Write and send personalized outreach emails that get real replies.

• Build relationships with editors, bloggers, and webmasters.

• Work with the content and SEO team to match topics, anchors, and URLs.

• Maintain reports and records of live links, outreach progress, and follow-ups.

• Check each website for relevance, traffic, and domain metrics before finalizing.

• Research new link opportunities in different industries and geographies.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in outreach or link building (agency experience preferred).

• Strong written and spoken English.

• Knowledge of SEO metrics such as DR, DA, and organic traffic.

• Familiar with tools like Ahrefs, Hunter.io, Pitchbox, or similar.

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns.

• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing.
