Job Title: Senior SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and search visibility.

• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.

• Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking.

• Improve off-page SEO through link-building strategies, outreach, and partnerships.

• Analyse website performance metrics, track key KPIs, and generate detailed reports using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.

• Collaborate with content marketing teams to optimize existing content and develop SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, and landing pages.

• Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Work with web developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented, including site speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile-friendliness.

• Oversee and manage local SEO strategies for improved visibility in local search results.

• Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities for growth.

• Train and mentor junior SEO team members, providing guidance on best practices and emerging trends.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT.

• 0 to 6 years of proven SEO experience.

• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.

• Experience with content optimization, keyword strategy, and link-building techniques.

• Understanding of Google algorithm updates, ranking factors, and best practices.

• Experience managing local SEO, e-commerce SEO, or enterprise SEO projects.

• Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and implement actionable insights.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
